Schools:
I attended West High school for one year but in 1962 we moved to so I ended up attending a nearby protestant high school, Minnehaha Academy, for my junior and senior high school years, graduating in 1964.

I went to college at the University of Minnesota in Duluth, for my first two years and continued at the U of Minnesota main campus for three more years, earning a BA in Philosophy and Music in 1969.

Employment:
In 1970 I founded the West Bank School of Music which is still in operation, now in its 31st year.
I continue to tune pianos and to recondition and resell pianos in my shop in the warmer months.
